I call this the Chocolate M and M’s run :)

Pretty good run in my Kinvara’s. The gym is way too hot, by mile 2 I was sweating buckets.

I hopped off the threadmill and hit the bike for a 2 mile cool down spin.

2 miles/ 6:45

Avg speed was 16.9/mph 

My ultimate goal for IM is too do a 2 min/km pace which gives me 6 hours on the bike, without killing myself. In reality under 7.5 hours and I’d be happy.

Then I came home too this!!

First, this means alot :D and you didn’t have to do this and I truly appreciate this!!  This made my Valentines day for sure!!! You are awesome, and I am glad to call you a friend  :)

Now I shower, and eat all the M and M’s!!
