Marathon/Ironman Training W4D2 6 miles. I started to wipe down my Hamster Wheel before I took a pic and hit the start button. That’s why it reads 48:10 6.001miles. It’s actually 48:07 6 miles, not that it makes a huge difference.
This was tough. I set my incline and worked in some “hills” My calf’s and thighs were screaming!! I’m still not liking the fact that IronMan has an incline of 12.5% over 2-3 miles.. Not cool!!
