In 200 days Kevin an I will be on the run for Ironman Mont-Tremblant.. I remember signing up and it was over 400 days away!!! Couch 2 140.6 commencing tonight! Run 3 miles!! In other news my little town of less then 20,000 just announced they are doing the first annual half-marathon in June.. Eff me! I have to do it!!’ Zoom
